The UK event will take place on September 8 this year - as will its US counterpart. It kicks off on September 6 in Russia, followed by Spain on the 7th, and Australia, Brazil (Sao Paulo), France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Portugal's FNO events will all take place along with the UK on September 8. Brazil will hold another event on the 9th in Rio, whilst Taiwan and India's will take place on the 10th, with China on the 11th, culminating in Greece and Turkey on September 15.
"We're delighted to draw people's attention to the fact that fashion and retail are a hugely important and enjoyable part of the country's economy - last year we had 270 stores in central London participating, while shoppers embraced the mood in what felt like one large party," Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman said. "We're looking forward to an even bigger and brighter night later this year."
Fashion's Night Out in 2010 almost doubled the footfall of its 2009 debut in London and raised thousands for Kids Company, a children's charity which protects and provides support to deprived children and teenagers.
